How to request a return

Email AnthonyOrtizf94@outlook.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request, where relevant. We will provide the applicable return instructions and destination. Contacting us for instructions does not limit a statutory right to cancel.

Return eligibility

Return eligibility and deadlines follow applicable consumer law and any additional return offer displayed on the product page when you purchased. Any longer return period or free-return promise displayed at purchase will be honored.

Keep items and packaging in good condition where possible. For a statutory withdrawal, you may handle goods as needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning; excessive handling may affect the refund where law permits.

EU withdrawal rights

Where EU consumer law applies, eligible online purchases generally carry a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. Mandatory local protections take precedence.

Return shipping costs

We cover reasonable return shipping for faulty, damaged or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, customers bear return postage only where this was disclosed before purchase and applicable law permits. Any advertised free-return offer takes precedence.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method, within the applicable legal deadline. We will confirm the outcome of your request and explain any permitted inspection or return-receipt requirement. Payment providers may need additional time to display the credit. Delivery charges are refunded where required by law.

Order changes and exchanges

Contact us promptly to request a cancellation, address change or exchange. A fulfillment-stage restriction does not remove any statutory cancellation or return right.

For faulty or misdescribed goods, applicable rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund remain unaffected.
